Lesson Cancellation Policy

Lessons canceled more than 48 hours in advance may be rescheduled or refunded at the instructor’s discretion.
Any cancellations made within less than 48 hours of the scheduled lesson time will be charged $30. Any cancellations made within less than 24 hours will be charged the full lesson price.
No-shows will be charged the full lesson price.
Cancellations must be communicated via phone, text, or email to be considered valid.
If the instructor cancels the lesson, you will receive a full refund or balance can be applied to the following lesson (if applicable).
Weather-related cancellations will be determined by the instructor. The cancellation policy still applies if the client cancels due to weather, unless the client is able to reschedule.
